SOUND BATH
Is a relaxing meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments including Wing Gong, Quartz Crystal Healing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and Koshi chimes which can help deepening relaxation, lowering stress and anxiety. Improving mood and well-being.
Improving sleep. Cleanse the mind and allowing yourself to just be.
